Prefer a hands-on approach? This option is designed for sellers who want to do the staging themselves.

We'll start with an in-person consultation (up to 2 hours) to walk through your home, then follow up with a detailed written report for you and your realtor outlining our recommendations.

From there, you're in the driver's seat — and if you'd like extra support, you can add on hours for hands-on decluttering, packing, or arranging.

If you'd rather leave the details to us, this is our full-service option for homes you're still living in.

We'll walk through your space with a trained eye, offering guidance on which pieces to feature, rearrange, add, donate, or store — so every room feels polished and put-together while you continue living there day to day.

Our goal is to help your home appeal to the widest range of buyers, without disrupting your daily routine or requiring you to move out early.
